Cleaning Price List

We want to ensure that our rental equipment remains in the best possible condition and is available for the next user. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the rental equipment in the same condition as it was when rented.

If the equipment is returned uncleaned, we will charge for cleaning according to the price list below.

Additional Information

Very Dirty

Very dirty equipment requires intensive cleaning, such as high-pressure washing and the use of special agents. This cleaning may also include waste removal from inside the equipment and the cleaning area, resulting in additional waste handling costs.

Special Cleaning

Special cleaning covers more challenging cleaning needs, such as removing hardened concrete, mortar, or resin, cleaning frozen dirt, possible repainting or re-taping of the equipment, odor removal (e.g., from smoking in the cabin), and removal of extra items from a construction site or steel container. In some cases, special cleaning requires the use of industry professionals, and costs are determined by the actual procedures performed.

The above price list and classifications serve as a general guideline. Given the diversity of cleaning needs, Renta reserves the right to adjust charges on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are advised to document the condition of the rental equipment both before and after the rental period to avoid potential disagreements about the need for cleaning.
